I was about to post this issue but found this post. I typed "run" in the search box that came up when I clicked the. When the multi-tab popup labeled "System Configuration" came up, I chose the third tab "Services" and scrolled way down to "Windows Error Reporting Service".
I closed the "System Configuration" window down and then re-opened it by following steps 1 to 3. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site.
Any image, link, or discussion of nudity. Any behavior that is insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect.
